These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SimWoods Golf simulator and related facility (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our facility, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General terms

1.1 Acceptance of terms

By using our facility, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or promotions.

1.2 Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our facility after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Use of facility

2.1 Eligibility

• Guests must be 18 years or older to use our facility.
• Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

2.2 Club rules

In advance of your visit we require an acknowledgement via text message of the rules. We recommend you share these rules with all of your guests. Violations of these rules will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. The full list is on our club rules page.

2.3 Reservations

Reservations are required and we do not accept walk-ins.

2.4 Equipment

Guests are responsible for the proper use of all equipment, including complimentary rental clubs. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence will result in charges for repair or replacement, including labour costs.

3. Payment and cancellation

3.1 Pricing

Prices for services are as stated on our website or in the facility and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Payments

Payments must be made in full at the time of booking online via our website. We accept all major payment forms including Apple Pay.

3.3 Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 3 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded, and a $20 cancellation fee will apply.

4. Privacy

4.1 Personal information

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our facility, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information.

5. SMS terms

I agree to receive promotional messages sent via an autodialer, and this agreement isn't a condition of any purchase. I also agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out anytime. Text HELP for more information.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where our facility is located (Macomb Township, Michigan), without regard to conflict of law principles.

6.2 Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where our facility is located.

6.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

6.4 Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our facility and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

By using our facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
