What SimWoods Golf collects when you book with us, and what we do with it.
This policy covers SimWoods Golf Society LLC (“SimWoods Golf,” “we,” “us”) at 21904 23 Mile Rd, Macomb, Michigan 48042-4423 (registered office: 45952 Schoenherr Rd, Shelby Township, MI 48315), our website and our booking site at book.simwoodsgolf.com.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and email address when you book, buy a pass or gift card, or contact us.
- Your bookings, visits, purchases and Players Pass or loyalty status.
- Your acceptance of our waiver, terms and, if you choose it, text messages, with the time and the internet address it came from.
- Messages you send us by text or email.
- Door-entry records for the codes we issue you.
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To take and manage your bookings, let you in the door and send your confirmations, codes and receipts.
- To answer your questions and give you support.
- To keep the facility safe and enforce our club rules.
- To send you news or offers by email, only if you agreed to it. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our booking, payments, door access and email, and only so they can provide those services to us, or when the law requires it. Your mobile number and text-message consent are never shared with third parties; see Text messaging below.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Details are in section 5 of our Terms and Conditions.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records as long as the law and our accounting require, and the rest while you remain a customer. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.

Children
Our booking site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with its date.
