Club rules

This is a premium, unattended facility under video surveillance. These rules are what keep it that way.

Last updated: 2 March 2025

Please read. Do not accept if you don't read these rules. We are not responsible for you ignoring them. Violations will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

This is a PREMIUM facility. This is NOT a clubhouse to abuse, and it is under video surveillance at all times. We do review sessions to ensure guests are both respectful and treat our space with class.

If these rules are not to your liking and you feel they are too restrictive, we understand — this is not the club for you. We require the highest standards of behaviour, like any golf course would.

Do not attempt to enter before your booking time

At the START of your booking time you will receive a 4-digit door code to enter the facility. Do not arrive early and attempt to access the facility, or knock on the door and disturb other golfers. If you are in your session and other golfers request entry, do not open the door — the automation of the software will be affected and you will not be compensated for this interruption.

The rules

  • Do not use any golf balls from outside. We provide them via our Auto-Tee system. If balls are stuck at the base of the screen you MUST remove them before continuing, or you risk damaging the simulator and injuring yourself or others.
  • Read the instructions printed on the controller. Do NOT use your feet on the Auto-Tee controller buttons — use your club. If video review shows you used your feet, you will be called. Stepping on the Auto-Tee controller buttons carries a $50 charge.
  • Be respectful of the next golfer's reservation. Be ready to leave no less than 5 minutes before the end of your session; you'll hear a 10-minute reminder every hour. If you need to finish your round, book more time in advance. Leaving after your end time carries a $40 charge.
  • The booking player is responsible for any guests. Leave the facility in the condition you found it — vacuuming, wiping surfaces, chairs and coasters back as they were. Cleaning supplies, a vacuum, a broom and bin bags are provided; full bags go in the utility sink in the rear corner. Treat the space as you would your own home.
  • Remove salt, snow and debris from shoes and clubs. There are rugs, shoe scrapers and a towel at the entrance, and a club washing station at the rear.
  • Complimentary café: beverages and snacks are available. Please use common sense about the number of non-paying guests you bring. It is not a substitute for a meal — order in or bring your own if needed. We'd rather not have to end the complimentary side of the facility.
  • Bringing more than 6 people in total requires approval in advance and an extra charge.
  • Do not lean bodies or clubs on the walls, and don't let children touch them — the murals are delicate. The putting green and simulator are not a playground.
  • Do not troubleshoot or modify the simulator PC. Call 586.315.4653 for support. If you don't contact us immediately, we can't credit time spent troubleshooting our system.
  • No alcohol, illegal substances, smoking or vaping in or near the facility.

Charges for violations

Any violation may result in a cleaning fee of $250 and/or a 30-minute session charge if you do not depart on time. The facility must be returned to the same condition it was in when you arrived. You will be charged $250 if any area is not clean when you leave. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
